1.5 hours of one-on-one instruction catered to your individual needs. Movement-based: alignment, uniquely tailored vinyasa flow, or introduction to the Heart of Yoga practice; or Discussion-based: deconstructing and adapting Patanjali's 8-Fold Path (yogic lifestyle), or dialogue around life purpose, creative path, current challenges, etc. to foster overallhealth and wellness.
