Sensing Belonging
2018 a one-woman piece
Art Bar, Kingston, NY
This piece explores what it means to belong in a world so fractured and disengaged, and of the struggle to find an identity without a healthy cultural framework. Working with the first three chakras as inspiration, I use the natural and sensory elements associated with each to engage deeply with and create meaningful ritual arising from the concepts of roots, belonging, ancestors, sexuality, sense of self, and willpower.

A Dance with Death
2017 original multimedia theater
with Nelly Bablumian & Chrisso Babcock
The Ark, High Falls, NY
We believe that theatre is an agreement between people, in a set space and time, to suspend day-to-day reality and imagine together, breathing the same air and experiencing a shared landscape of possibility. Through this creation we push boundaries and expectations by bringing the spectators deep into a new world, a tangible space that stimulates the senses and engages our emotions.
“A rich, sonorous dreamscape full of compelling visuals, artistry, and magic.”

"Our mission is to create theater that inspires wonder, provokes thought, gives joy, and enriches the public imagination. We strive for a theater of visual poetry– handmade & archetypal– imbued with the urgencies of the Moment and the elemental impulses of Human/Nature. We continue to experiment with this ephemeral art form as a symbolic visual language that can illuminate the links between human communities and the life-support processes of the planet."
